Baru Sahib, May 18, 2024 – Eternal University today proudly celebrated its 11th Convocation, marking another milestone in its illustrious history. The event was held at the University's campus at Baru Sahib, nestled in the serene hills of Himachal Pradesh. Held in the picturesque campus, the ceremony was attended by dignitaries, faculty members, graduates, their families and guests from various walks of life.

During the ceremony, degrees were awarded to a total of 266 undergraduate, 54 postgraduate and 4 PhD students who received their hard-earned degrees in various disciplines including undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes. Anshika Panwar was awarded the Gold Medal for her excellent performance in B.Ed. Medal, while Monica was awarded the Gold Medal for Excellence in MSc Nursing. Gunjan Thakur (B.Tech Food Technology), Shilpa Chaudhary (B.Sc. Nursing), Akanksha (B.Sc. Economics), Ankita Chauhan (B.Sc. Agriculture), Aanchal (M.Sc. Horticulture), and Surpreet Kaur (BA Music) were given a cash prize of Rs 10,000 for academic excellence.

The chief guest of the convocation was Prof. (Dr.) Rajeev Sood, Vice Chancellor Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, Punjab who delivered an inspiring convocation address. In his speech, he stressed the importance of education in promoting innovation, leadership and social progress. The guest of honor of this event was Prof. DP Aggarwal, Former Chairman, UPSC New Delhi highlighted the importance of resurgent education of experiential domain which can promote an interdisciplinary approach.

Chancellor of the Eternal University, Honorable Baba Dr. Davinder Singh Ji presented degrees and medals to the graduates.
