Delhi's well-known advocate Mukesh Rajput Demanded that LLB Degree be given the Status of PG Degree..Atul Sachdeva journalist

Delhi's famous advocate Mr. Mukesh Rajput, President, United Advocates of India, while talking to the media today said that we demand from the Ministry of Education, Government of India that whoever does L.L.B. after graduation, degree and are also practicing in various courts of the country, their degree should be considered as post graduation degree and on that basis, they should be considered for further studies and those who are in jobs, for advancement in their jobs, LLB degree should be considered as post graduation degree ( Get status on the basis of degree (Master's degree). This will benefit all the lawyers of the country and will strengthen the new education policy of India. Due to this, the students doing LLB lose the precious 6 years that they have spent in doing graduation or LLB and even after this they get only Bachelor's degree, unlike the students who have done 2 years of post graduation (Master's degree) after 3 years of graduation. And thus post graduation (Master's degree) is obtained in just 5 years, whereas advocates have obtained Bachelor of Laws degree in 6 years and it is considered a Bachelor's degree only. Our lawyers' organization demands from the government that LLB degree should be given the status of post graduation (Master's degree). And the Ministry of Education, Government of India should give orders to all the universities in this regard.
